More Than Just Packaging

ADR Packaging was built around a simple idea: packaging should make your job easier, not harder.

What started as a hands-on operation focused on solving real packaging problems has grown into a company trusted by hundreds of customers across industries. From day one, the focus has been the same—understand the product, understand the constraints, and build a solution that actually works in the real world.

Too often, packaging is treated like a commodity. Boxes are ordered, foam is added, and the result “gets by.” ADR took a different approach. Instead of selling standard products, we focused on designing systems—solutions that protect better, reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ultimately save time and cost for our customers.

As we’ve grown, so have our capabilities. Today, ADR supports everything from simple corrugated solutions to fully engineered packaging systems involving foam, crates, and custom designs. Whether it’s a one-off project or a repeat production program, the goal remains the same: deliver packaging that performs.

Founded in 1999, ADR Packaging Inc. offers high quality packaging at competitive costs. We do small runs bigger companies won't touch and have quick-turnaround times. Our specialty is packaging using corrugated paper, foam, and crates. As a team, we are guided by four core values that shape how we serve our customers, support our team, and build long term partnerships.

Richard Hoopes

Chief Executive Officer

Rich Hoopes joined ADR Packaging in 2023, bringing deep manufacturing expertise and a passion for business operations. A serial entrepreneur and Six Sigma Black Belt, he thrives on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. Believing that small business manufacturing is vital to the U.S. economy, Rich is committed to delivering top-tier packaging solutions with a focus on reliability and customer service. Outside of work, he loves spending time with his wife and six kids.

Ben Crawford

Chief Operating Officer

Ben has been with ADR Packaging since May 2023. His main focus is building the systems, processes and cross-functional execution that supports efficient production to build exceptional customer outcomes. His degree in Manufacturing Engineering has given him a bit of hands on experience in a wide variety of things including but not limited to product development, and operations. This background has earned him the unofficial title of ‘COO Wizard’. Ben is passionate about building practical systems that help people do their best work everyday. Outside of work Ben likes to be in nature, hiking, rappelling, camping. He also enjoys riding motorcycles with friends and family, game nights, and getting in a good laugh wherever he can.

Matt Williams

Head of Operations

Matt has been with ADR Packaging since August of 2024. His previous roles have been in the oil and gas industry and mining industry. Though this is his first time in packaging, Matt has a great background in customer service. He learned early how everything links to customer service. He believes that every interaction we make as a company should be customer centric. This ties in perfectly to his role in operations so he is able to communicate that goal throughout ADR and lead the vision for providing exceptional customer support and care.

Cody Jacobs

Sales

Cody has been with ADR Packaging since September 2023. He has been in the packaging world for many years and thoroughly enjoys learning about all the types of products that he gets to help create packaging for. He says “It’s been fun to work with the many different companies scattered across numerous industries.” Outside of the office Cody enjoys being on his bicycle. He also looks forward to the time he can spend with his wife and kids. They enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, biking, or visiting new locations they’ve never been to.

Tionna Roberts

Administrative & Customer Success Coordinator

Tionna has been at ADR Packaging since November 2025. She has been in customer service and coordinating positions most of her career life. Tionna loves checking off a good task list and values the like-minded vision we share at ADR. Outside of work Tionna loves sports, traveling, home improvement projects, gardening, being with family, and she will never say no to some peanut M&M’s!

Dani Agreda

Production Operations Supervisor

Dani has been with ADR Packaging since November 2022. Dani started on our production team until March of 2024 where she joined our front office team. Her experience in production brings great insight to front office operations. Dani appreciates the flexibility that ADR gives, respecting the balance of work and home. Outside of work Dani plays games on her Switch, loves cooking and trying new recipes. She also spends time perfecting her nail art. Dani is a purple girl through and through, she thinks ADR should rebrand to purple. Dani also enjoys going for walks with her dog, Peanut.

Adam Stevens

Design

Adam has been with ADR Packaging since August 2023. Graduating from BYU with a degree in Mechanical Engineering makes Adam a perfect fit for his role at ADR. Adam thrives on complex challenges. In his words, “Give me your product, and I will prototype packaging for it!” Adam also says that the best part of working at ADR is the staff and the culture we have created in office. Outside of work Adam loves sports, video games, and hanging out with his family and friends.

Kayla Wood

Marketing

Kayla has been with ADR Packaging since November 2023. She has worked in customer service roles the majority of her career. While she has a specialized background she has never shied away from the random tasks that arise. Kayla believes that the people you work with and the culture in an office really can make or break a job. She truly enjoys the team and environment that ADR has. Kayla has a wide range of hobbies and interests, from crafting and anything creative to motorcycles, camping and other outdoor activities. Whatever Kayla is up to, she likely has her family by her side.
