How long until you get a quote?
Timeline depends on how your project starts and what it needs along the way.
How it starts. Some customers send us the actual product so we can measure and design directly around it. Others already have specs and drawings ready to go, in which case we start there. Either way works for us.
Samples. If you want a physical sample before committing, we can build one. This adds time to the front end, so it is worth deciding early whether a sample is something you want.
The biggest variable: custom dies. Design itself generally moves quickly, but if your product needs a custom die, there is often a wait while we get a quote on that die before things can move forward. If you know a die is involved, telling us early lets us get that quote started sooner and keeps your overall timeline shorter.
